I had the pleasure to make a cute monkey hat for a talented photographer. She used this hat for a newborn photo shoot and the pictures turned out absolutely adorable! 

I asked her if she would be willing to let me share her great work with all of you and she said yes.

Angry Bird

The Angry Birds craze has now hit Warm Thoughts!

I have met kids as young as 3 loving this game all the way to Grandmothers. I have had several people tell me I need to make one into a hat so I did. 

This hat was made for an 8 year old. 

I am actually going to be making a black one soon for a 55 year old man. (Keep checking back for pictures of that one.) See I'm telling you everyone loves this game.

I only make this hat for a 3 year old and older :)

New to Facebook

I finally broke down and made a Facebook account. I know some of you are probable thinking "it's about time girl". I just wasn't sure if I was ready for it. With all of the encouragement I was getting I finally decided to just take the leap of faith and get out there.

Warm Thoughts

Ear Warmer

I have had several people ask if I have any crochet ear warmers. Well I do and this is it. I make it with both a bow (which is adjustable on the band) or a flower (that is stationary).

If you would like the flower to be placed on a clip so you can remove or move it around it will be an extra $1.

This is not a complete circle it has two small buttons in the back so the band can be shortened if needed.

Normally my wonderful husband takes my photos wearing my creation but he was not around today so I asked my super talented 6 year old to take my picture. I think he did a fantastic job! Once he was done he asked if I would take his picture and tell everyone what a great job he did. So here you go buddy I am super proud of you and your willingness to always help me out. You are the son every mom dreams and prays for.

Christmas Orders

Wow this year has gone by fast, 

I can't believe it's already Christmas.

This past weekend I was able to participate in two Craft fairs. 

I was able to take many orders for Christmas and also for the New Year. I am super excited about all the new hats and scarfs that I get to make. Many of you came up with some great color combos that I know will look super cute.

During the craft fair I took orders (more then I really should have) that needed to be done for Christmas. I only had a limited amount of spots open and I was able to fill them all up quickly. So I am sorry to say I can not take anymore orders for Christmas. I will be more than happy to make any little creation once Christmas is over though. Hopefully everyone will understand.

Multiple Colors

I got a message from a friend wanting a

hat for her cute one year old girl. 

I just want to share with you the out come.

I want to go over my process. I make these hats, flower, scarfs, and slippers in a color that I find cute, so that you know what I am capable of doing. But you can have that same item made in a different color that you want. All you have to do is ask. The price is always placed at the bottom of each post. Hairband with flower

 Now this headband has to be my favorite so far. This flower is a double layer with a cute different colored center. This flower is also attached to the headband and can not be taken off, so than your cute little girl can't rip it off and loose it. That has happened more then once for me.

This flower is actually purple but it looks blue in the photo.
